  • No refunds for venue-specific rejections: We cannot be held responsible if a venue rejects our product due to venue-specific policy variations or changes

By purchasing our product, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to verify specific venue requirements independently.

Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice

  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time before accepting your order

  • Products are subject to availability; we reserve the right to limit quantities

  • Promotional prices and discounts are subject to specific terms and may expire

5. Ordering and Payment

Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

    • Product availability issues

    • Pricing errors

    • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

    • Violations of these Terms

  • If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund

Payment Processing

  • We use Stripe for secure payment processing

  • By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method

  • You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or users of your account

B2B/Wholesale Orders

  • B2B and wholesale orders are subject to separate Purchase Agreements

  • Payment terms (Net-30, Net-15, or prepaid) will be specified in your agreement

  • Wholesale pricing applies only to qualified business customers with signed agreements

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policies

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes (your responsibility)

Delivery Address

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you

  • Address changes after order placement may not be possible

7. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

All sales are final for the following reasons:

  • Our products are pre-packaged kits designed for time-sensitive events

  • Returns would compromise product freshness and availability for other customers

  • Bulk/wholesale orders are custom-fulfilled and cannot be restocked

Exceptions

We will accept returns or issue refunds only in the following cases:

Defective Products

  • Product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery

  • We will replace the defective item or issue a full refund (at our discretion)

  • You may be required to provide photos of the defective product

Shipping Errors

  • We shipped the wrong item or incorrect quantity

  • We will send the correct item at no additional charge or issue a full refund

How to Request a Return

We will respond within 2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Products after the event date has passed

  • Products that have been used or opened (unless defective)

  • Downloadable digital products (city guides, PDFs)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Dinner Table, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of another party

  • Any content you submit to the Site
